What is 1 Train Digital?
1 Train Digital is a web design and AI visibility agency founded in New York by Armi Mubeen. It is not connected to the New York City subway or the MTA. We build custom websites for local businesses, fix Google Maps listings, and make businesses easier for ChatGPT, Google and other AI apps to find. We can also build AI features, like a helper that answers customer questions, into the website itself.
Where is 1 Train Digital based?
We started in New York and work with local businesses wherever they are, by phone, video call and email.
What is AI visibility?
It means making your business easy for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers to find, understand and recommend. We do it with a clear website, a complete Google Business Profile, matching listings, real reviews and pages that answer the questions your customers ask.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT or Google will recommend my business?
No, and nobody honestly can. Google and the AI companies decide what they show. We promise the work, done right, and a one-page report every month that shows exactly what changed.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. If your site is solid, we can fix your Google listing, your other listings and your reviews without touching it. If your site is slow, hard to use on a phone or invisible to Google, a new one is usually the fastest win.
How long does it take?
A Google listing tune-up takes about a week. A new website usually takes two to three weeks from our first call, depending on how fast we get your photos and details.
How does paying work?
Half of the start-up price to begin and half when your site goes live, paid through a secure checkout page. Monthly plans start at launch, with a three-month minimum and then 30 days' notice to cancel. We never ask for card numbers by phone, text or email.
Do you work with nonprofits and artists?
Yes. Nonprofits and artists can pay what they can afford for a website. Tell us about your project and your budget, and we'll find something that fits.
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name and the finished site is yours once it's paid for. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
