Websites for dentists
Websites for dentists
We build dental websites that answer what new patients check before they call: do you take my insurance, can I get in this week, what will it cost and will it be okay. Then one tap books a visit or calls your front desk.
Showcase concept
Saltbox Dental
A fictional, calm family practice with an insurance checker, a new-patient booking picker with evening slots, example prices in plain text and a minute-by-minute first visit for nervous patients.
Saltbox Dental is a fictional business we made up to show what we build for dentists. Open it on your phone.

Is my insurance taken?
Most patients with dental insurance pick a dentist in their plan's network. We put your plan list on the page, plus a plain answer for people whose plan isn't on it.
Can I get in soon, at a time that works?
New patients want an appointment this week, not next month, and many need evenings or Saturdays. We show your new-patient openings and evening hours up top, with a Book button that opens the scheduler you already use.
What will it cost?
People are nervous about the bill as much as the chair. We list example prices and what's usually covered, in plain text, and say clearly that you give a written estimate first.
Will it be okay?
Plenty of adults put off the dentist because they're nervous. A calm design, a first-visit page that explains each step, and the faces and names of your team help people make the call.
Tooth pain today
A clear emergency section with your number, what to do after hours, and when to go to the ER instead, so worried patients call you first.

What it costs
Most dentists start with Growth: Regular price $3,900 Launch price $2,900 to start, then $399 a month. Launch pricing runs through December 31, 2026. Every website includes care: kept updated, backed up and secure, with small changes done within two business days.
Questions dentist owners ask
Do we have to switch schedulers or patient-form software?
No. The website links to the HIPAA-ready booking and forms tool your practice already uses, so patient details go there and never through the website. The website itself doesn't collect health information.
What does a dental website cost?
Most practices start with Growth: $2,900 to start at launch pricing (regular $3,900), then $399 a month. That covers a website of up to 12 pages, so each service can have its own page, fixing up your Google Maps listing, an AI check, matching your info on Yelp, Apple Maps and Bing, and monthly site care, weekly Google posts, review replies and a report. Half to start, half when you go live.
Can we show patient reviews and before-and-after photos?
Yes, with care. We show real reviews word for word with a link to your Google listing, and we steer away from reviews that promise treatment results. Before-and-after photos only go up with written patient consent.
Can we change our insurance list or hours ourselves?
Send us a text or email. Small changes like plans, hours, prices and new team members are part of monthly site care and are done within two business days.
Do you only work with practices near you?
We're based in Hoboken, New Jersey, and we work with dental practices anywhere in the US by phone and video.
