Websites for nail salons

Websites for nail salons

We build nail salon websites that answer what clients check before they book: what gel, chrome and art cost, whether your tools are clean, and whether your work looks like the screenshot on their phone. Then one tap books the set or calls the salon, day or night.

Showcase concept

Gloss Theory

A fictional nail studio with a shade lab where you pick finish, shade, shape and art on a drawn hand, see the price change, and book that exact set with your artist. Plus a full price list, an art wall where every look loads into the lab, and gift cards.

Gloss Theory is a fictional business we made up to show what we build for nail salons. Open it on your phone.

What your customers look for

  • Prices, including the art

Clients want to know what a gel set, chrome or nail art will cost before they sit down. We put your full price list on the page in plain text, with art levels spelled out, never a photo of a menu board.

  • Booking at any hour

Nail clients book at night and get frustrated when they can't get through. The Book button opens your booking app with the service already picked, and stays on screen on every phone.

  • A phone number that works

Many nail regulars still find calling easiest. Your number sits in the hero, in a sticky button at the bottom of the screen, and next to your hours with an open-now line.

    Source

  • Proof that it's clean

People look for sealed tools, new files and posted licenses. We give your hygiene routine its own short section in plain words, so clients don't have to guess.

    Source

  • Your work, front and center

Clients arrive with a screenshot. A gallery of your own sets, where each one shows its price and books that look, turns browsing into a booking.

  • Gift cards that sell themselves

Gift cards get their own button and section, linked to the gift card page of the booking app you already use.

Built into every nail salon site

  • A clean-tools section in your own words
  • Gift card button linked to your booking app
  • Hours with an open-now line that updates itself
  • Your Google Maps listing fixed up so you show up on Google and in AI apps like ChatGPT

What it costs

Most nail salons start with Essentials: Regular price $2,200 Launch price $1,650 to start, then $199 a month. Launch pricing runs through December 31, 2026. Every website includes care: kept updated, backed up and secure, with small changes done within two business days.

Questions nail salon owners ask

Do I have to switch booking apps?

No. We link your website to the booking app you already use, like Vagaro, Square, Fresha or Booksy. If you don't have one yet, we can set one up for you with your services loaded for $225 (launch price, regular $299).

What does a nail salon website cost?

Essentials is $1,650 to start at launch pricing (regular $2,200), then $199 a month. That covers a website of up to 5 pages, fixing up your Google Maps listing, and monthly site care, a Google post, review replies and a report. Half to start, half when you go live.

Can you use photos of our sets?

Yes, and we'd rather. Send us your own photos (or Instagram posts you took) and we'll build the gallery from them. We never use stock photos of fake clients.

Can I change prices, shades or hours myself?

Send us a text or email. Small changes like prices, new services, hours and gallery photos are part of monthly site care and are done within two business days.

Do you only work with salons near you?

We're based in Hoboken, New Jersey, and we work with nail salons anywhere in the US by phone and video.

Your turn.
